1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Jalandhar Institute of Digital Marketing (JIDM), accessible at jidm.in. By accessing our website, booking a 1-Day Free Trial Demo, downloading brochures, or enrolling in our AI Digital Marketing programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. 1-Day Free Trial Demo Class Policy

• The 1-Day Free Trial Demo class is provided without any advance fee or payment commitment so that students can evaluate the curriculum, mentor guidance, and practical classroom environment beforehand.
• Seats for trial classes are allocated based on batch availability (Early Morning, Regular, or Late Evening).
• JIDM reserves the right to reschedule trial sessions with prior communication via WhatsApp or phone.

3. Strict Non-Refundable Fee Policy

• Because we offer a 1-Day Free Trial Demo Class prior to admission, every student is given full opportunity to inspect our training quality, mentors, and lab infrastructure before making any monetary payment.
• Once a seat is blocked and payment (full fee, partial fee, or token registration amount) is made, no refund requests will be entertained due to personal scheduling conflicts, change of mind, relocation, employment changes, or non-attendance.
• Course fees cannot be transferred to any other individual, friend, or relative.
• Any discount offers (such as early-bird promotional pricing or 10% batch discounts) are time-sensitive and will not alter this non-refundable policy.

4. Intellectual Property & Course Material

All training materials, syllabus designs, prompt engineering templates, lecture presentations, and recorded videos provided by JIDM remain the intellectual property of JIDM and mentor Deepak Gupta. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of course materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Live Project Guidelines & Ad Spends

During the practical phase of training, learners engage in live performance marketing and campaign audits. While mentors guide ad optimizations, individual campaign results vary depending on budget allocation, market demand, and student execution.

6. Placement Assistance & Certification

• The JIDM Master Diploma is issued upon completing mandatory practical assignments and project evaluations.
• Placement support includes resume preparation, portfolio reviews, mock technical interviews, and agency interview scheduling. JIDM facilitates legitimate opportunities but does not offer unconditional job guarantees without active student participation and performance.
